What session is your CEO, Tom Seery, presenting?
On June 7th at 11am, Tom will present Your Patients Have Uber Expectations: What It Takes To Meet Them. Find out what we’ve learned from surveying our RealSelf consumer audience of more than 10 million monthly visitors, and the actions to take to not just meet, but exceed, your potential patients’ expectations.
What kinds of video are you offering?
For VCS 2018, we are offering either a Meet the Practice video, where you introduce yourself and what sets your practice apart, or an Answer to a Frequently Asked Question video. The latter is popular as it can be posted across the site to answer RealSelf consumer questions —plus, video is a great way to ensure your answer stands out!
What’s the video experience like?
You will spend approximately 20 minutes with us. First, you will visit our makeup artist to ensure you are camera-ready, then you will have a quick briefing, where we work through the best video opportunity for you. The final step is joining our professional video team in our video booth. They will guide you through two takes, if necessary, and will then edit your final version that will be approximately 60 seconds in length. We will upload it to your profile the week or two following the event, so you can share it across your social channels and your web site too.
How do I secure a spot?
We are offering reserved appointments for our RealSelf Premier tier providers, but if that’s not you, don’t worry. We are ensuring we also have plenty of walk-up availability. Your experience will kick off with a quick meeting with one of our RealSelf experts. They will review your profile and help identify any areas of opportunity, including questions to answer or suggestions on reviews in a specific treatment. Then, they’ll highlight any opportunities that may exist to expand your local exposure and maximize your competitive edge. Once this is complete, they will look to secure you a video appointment. Please note, since space is so limited, we are prioritizing sponsoring providers.
